I RECEIVE the reservation confirmation (email, text) and the code one hour before the start of the reservation4.
I RECOVER the vehicle keys (key box at the station) using the code5.
I PERFORM the vehicle tour before departure using the application or the website ‘My reservation’ tab6.
I RIDE and make sure not to exceed the planned time so as not to penalize the next user8.
I RETURN THE CAR TO ITS ORIGINAL LOCATION.
Clean and in good condition.
